• Gather feedback from course participants to assist internal teams in enhancing training program delivery.
• Maintain organized client interaction logs and CRM database records to foster long-term customer retention.

Position Overview

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or Customer Service with a proven background in customer handling.
• Language Proficiency: Complete verbal and written fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Core Competencies: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), issue resolution, frontline administrative support, active listening, and cross-departmental coordination.
