Job summary

IPS-ENERGY ME FZCO is seeking a Customer Delivery & IT Coordination Specialist in the United Arab Emirates. This role interfaces between internal IT/implementation teams and the customer’s IT organization to ensure smooth project delivery and secure system integration.

You will coordinate access, manage IT dependencies, and lead coordination meetings with customer IT stakeholders, while supporting day-to-day operations and connectivity issues across client environments.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT coordination, system integration, IT support, or technical project delivery roles.
• Experience with enterprise/customer IT environments and basic IT security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between customer IT teams and internal delivery/implementation teams.
• Coordinate and enable secure access to customer environments (VPN, jump servers, network access, credentials).
• Ensure smooth coordination of IT activities during project delivery and system implementation.
• Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with customer IT stakeholders.
• Manage IT-related requests, changes, and dependencies and communicate with internal teams.
• Provide first-line support for IT issues in client environments (connectivity, access, interfaces).
• Coordinate security requirements with customer IT policies and standards.
• Monitor system access, availability, and readiness during project/operational phases.

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-oriented IT Specialist who will act as a key interface between our internal IT and implementation teams and the customer’s IT organization.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth project delivery, secure system integration, and efficient day-to-day operations within client environments. You will coordinate access, manage IT-related dependencies, and ensure alignment between all technical stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between customer IT teams and internal delivery/implementation teams
• Coordinate and enable secure access to customer environments (VPN, jump servers, network access, credentials)
• Ensure smooth coordination of IT activities during project delivery and system implementation
• Organize and lead regular (e.g., weekly) coordination meetings with customer IT stakeholders
• Manage and track IT-related requests, changes, and dependencies from the customer side and ensure proper communication to internal teams
• Act as first-line support for IT-related issues in client environments, particularly around connectivity, access, and interfaces
• Coordinate security requirements and upgrades in alignment with customer IT policies and standards
• Monitor system access, availability, and readiness during project and operational phases
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, product, delivery) to resolve issues and ensure successful client outcomes
• Configure and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems
• Support the design, implementation, documentation, and daily operation of the IPS Company Group’s information systems

Your Energy

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in IT coordination, system integration, IT support, or technical project delivery roles
• Experience working with customer IT environments, preferably in enterprise or industrial contexts
• Understanding of networking, VPNs, remote access solutions, and enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or data interfaces is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with client IT teams
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements between different teams
• Basic understanding of IT security principles and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, access control, data protection)
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience involving Microsoft Windows server installation, configuration, administration, maintenance and support
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
• Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database management
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting LAN/WAN and PC problems
• Experience with creating/modifying scripts including PowerShell
• Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills
• Basic knowledge about Information security management Standards (ISO 27001, SOC2 or equivalent)
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and technology (AWS, Azure)
