Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional culinary experience across multiple kitchen sections.
• Prior experience in culinary training.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, SOPs, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured culinary training programs for all kitchen sections.
• Conduct hands-on training, demonstrations, coaching, and on-the-job training.
