Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road is hiring a non-management Kitchen Cook to join our food and beverage team. You will prepare ingredients, portion, cook according to recipes, and maintain cleanliness and safety at all times.

The role requires ability to operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and to monitor temperatures. At least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food temperature and quality.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and safety throughout shift.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tools, and equipment; report maintenance needs as needed.
• Maintain professional communication and teamwork; support others to meet goals.
