Job summary

Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Chef de Cuisine for Lexington Grill & Bar to lead culinary concept development and drive brand standards. You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain excellence across plating, presentation and service.

You will mentor chefs, uphold food safety, manage seasonal menus, and control inventory and costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste while delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to develop and execute culinary concepts reflecting brand identity.
• Lead creation and execution of innovative, seasonally inspired menus.
• Oversee all kitchen operations: prep, cooking, plating and presentation; enforce safety standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff; provide guidance, training and feedback for efficiency.
• Maintain strict quality control of ingredients and dishes; conduct tastings.
• Manage inventory, monitor food costs, and optimize ingredient usage to minimize waste.
