Synechron is seeking a skilled BO Crystal Reports Developer to design, develop and maintain comprehensive reports that advance our business intelligence capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess hands‑on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Crystal Reports and strong SQL knowledge.

Your expertise will enable the translation of complex business requirements into effective, accurate and optimized reporting solutions contributing directly to data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Crystal Reports Developer or in similar reporting roles.
• Proven experience with SAP BusinessObjects suite including report design, development and deployment.
• Strong SQL expertise with performance-optimizing queries.
• Exposure to SAP BW or SAP HANA is advantageous.
• Finance, healthcare, or enterprise applications industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate reporting needs into technical solutions.
