Virtusa in United Arab Emirates, Dubai is seeking an experienced BO/Crystal Reports Developer to design interactive sub-reports and cross-tabs, translate business needs into data models, and manage Universe design and BO administration. Qualifications

5 years of BO/Crystal Report development experience.
Expert-level Crystal Reports (2013/2016/2020) with upgrades.
Experience with SAP BO Suite: IDT, CMC, WebI.
Advanced SQL: complex queries, stored procedures, triggers.
Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA.

Responsibilities

Report design and development of interactive sub-reports and cross-tabs.
Translate business needs into technical specs and data models.
Administer BO via Central Management Console (CMC).
Write/optimize SQL queries and manage data connections.
Develop and maintain Universes (IDT/UDT).
Perform unit/system testing and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Monitor system performance and assist with upgrades.
Provide ongoing support and maintain documentation.
Engage stakeholders, translating technical concepts for non-technical teams.
