Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of BO/Crystal Report development experience.
• Expert-level Crystal Reports (2013/2016/2020) with upgrades.
• Experience with SAP BO Suite: IDT, CMC, WebI.
• Advanced SQL: complex queries, stored procedures, triggers.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA.

Job description

Role Purpose:

• Report Design & Development: Create interactive complex sub-reports drill-down and cross-tab reports using Crystal Reports Designer.
• Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into technical specifications and data models.
• BO Administration: Work with Central Management Console (CMC) to schedule publish and manage reports.
• Data Handling: Write and optimize SQL queries and manage data connections.
• Universe Design: Develop/maintain Universes (IDT/UDT).
• Testing & Support: Perform Unit and System testing; troubleshoot reporting issues.
• System Optimization: Monitor system performance resolve complex technical issues and manage system upgrades.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system stability.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accessible technical documentation to support delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders translating technical concepts into actionable

Technical Competencies Required for this role:

• 5 years of experience in BO crystal report development
• Crystal Reports: Expert-level mastery of version 2013/2016/2020 including version upgrades and cross-platform integration. Expert level in Crystal Reports 2013/2016/2020 and SAP Business Objects XI R2/3.1/4.x
• Tools: Experience with Business Objects Enterprise (BI Launchpad) Web Intelligence (WebI) and ETL tools.
• Advanced SQL: Deep proficiency in writing complex highly optimized SQL queries stored procedures and triggers.
• Database: Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle SQL Server SAP HANA).
• SAP BO Suite: Extensive experience with Information Design Tool (IDT) Central Management Console (CMC) and Web Intelligence (WebI).
• Data Modeling: Expertise in dimensional modeling including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Administration: Competence in Central Management Console (CMC) for user rights management scheduling and server monitoring

Previous experience:

• Worked in any banking sector within IT on digital channels platforms support.
