Job summary

TechChain Talent represents an established crypto infrastructure client expanding into trading. They seek a hands-on risk leader to own the trading risk engine, including rules, exposure, hedging and payout economics for a growing platform.

You will work with data, Product and Engineering to design practical risk controls that support aggressive product launches while protecting payouts and profitability.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in trading risk, dealing, quantitative trading or related function.
• Direct experience with funded trader platforms or crypto derivatives is preferred.
• Able to translate risk logic into engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm's trading book, exposure and risk appetite with live risk decisions.
• Define rules for funded accounts, hedging, payout economics and risk controls.
• Lead risk reviews, monitoring, and daily risk reporting for leadership.
• Build routing, hedging and limit strategies that enable growth without excessive risk.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement risk measures.
