Qualifications

• 5–7 years in hedge fund, trading firm, or crypto operations.
• Direct experience with digital asset operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, technical, or business.

Responsibilities

• Manage wallet workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody.
• Oversee post-trade processes, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Maintain data accuracy across fund admin and prime brokers.
• Own internal dashboards and operational reporting.
• Coordinate with engineering on system monitoring and incidents.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
