Job summary

Binance is seeking a motivated individual to join our OTC desk in the UAE, supporting trade execution across OTC products and engaging with clients to understand liquidity needs. You will learn pricing and execution methods under senior traders and collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities, while performing trade investigations and post-trade analysis.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in finance, engineering or related fields, with internships or up to 3

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in finance, engineering, mathematics or related field.
Internship or up to 3 years in trading, sales & trading, or financial markets preferred.
Foundational crypto market understanding and liquidity concepts.

Responsibilities

Support the OTC desk in driving trade volume through client engagement and trade execution.
Learn pricing and execution across OTC products using internal systems under senior traders.
Collaborate with Sales to identify new OTC clients and opportunities.
Assist with trade investigations, risk management, and post-trade analysis.
Work with operations and developers to improve pricing and execution systems.
