Binance is hiring a Wallet Product and Operations Manager for UAE to oversee daily wallet operations, monitor blockchain transactions, and maintain wallet uptime in a fast-paced crypto environment. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with support, regulators, and auditors to ensure compliance and product improvements.

Candidates should have 5+ years in crypto wallet operations, familiarity with EVM and DeFi, and strong problem-solving and communication skills for a high-stakes,

Qualifications

5+ years in crypto wallet operations or related role.
Familiarity with EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.
Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools and DeFi protocols.
Familiarity with wallet infrastructure (nodes, signing services, custody models).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure in a 24/7 crypto environment.
Experience in Tradfi custody is a plus.

Responsabilités

Oversee daily wallet operations, deposits and withdrawals.
Monitor blockchain transactions, ensure timely processing and resolve delays.
Maintain uptime of exchange wallets and coordinate network upgrades.
Collaborate with teams to resolve wallet-related inquiries and ensure safeguards.
