Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in private equity or direct investment.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical abilities with a critical approach to numbers and business quality.
• Ability to form independent, well-reasoned views on market positioning and dynamics.
• Experience supporting or leading transactions from screening to execution and due dilligence.
• Effective written and oral communication to senior stakeholders and investment committees.
• Cross-cultural fluency and willingness to travel; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deal evaluation: screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Due diligence: lead and coordinate commercial, financial and operational due diligence.
• Financial modelling: build and stress-test detailed financial models across scenarios.
• Business and market assessment: assess product, pricing, customers and competitive dynamics.
• Investment case development: prepare materials for investment committee review.
• Transaction execution: support signing and close with legal and co-investors.
• Portfolio engagement: monitor portfolio performance post-investment.
