Job summary

ACL Partners in Dubai seeks an experienced investment banker at VP/Director level to lead cross-border M&A, capital raising, debt and corporate finance advisory across the GCC and international markets.

You will work with senior leadership on live mandates, overseeing due diligence, structuring, modelling and client materials from engagement to closing, while managing junior team members and maintaining key client relationships.

Qualifications

• Several years of investment banking or corporate finance advisory experience.
• Senior level experience at VP or Director level with hands-on M&A exposure.
• Strong modelling and valuation skills with ability to lead workstreams.
• Experience managing transactions from initial engagement to closing.
• Experience in GCC or Middle East cross-border deals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A, capital raising and broader corporate finance transactions across the GCC and international markets.
• Manage financial analysis, valuation, transaction structuring, modelling and client materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution with clients, investors, lenders, advisers and counsel.
• Present strategic recommendations and financing proposals to senior client stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with corporates, sponsors, family offices and institutions, sourcing opportunities.
• Support origination of new advisory mandates across the region.
• Oversee junior team members across analysis, modelling and prep.
