Job summary

Taptap Send is building a new institutional payments business in the UAE. We move funds across 80+ emerging market corridors and are opening this infrastructure to institutional clients—crypto exchanges, fintechs, MTOs, and corporate treasury teams.

This is an early commercial hire into that growth area. You’ll own a pipeline of institutional partners from first contact through to live, working with trading and ops to structure deals and advancing clients quickly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales within payments, crypto, or FX.
• Existing network across crypto exchanges, MTOs, or EM fintechs.
• Ability to sell a technical product to sophisticated buyers and treasury teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new institutional partnerships across crypto, fintech, and payments.
• Manage the full BD cycle, outreach, qualification, commercial negotiation, onboarding handoff.
• Represent Taptap Send at industry events and build profile in target segments.
• Translate client needs into product and corridor priorities.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and report directly to senior leadership.
