Job summary

Jugabet is seeking a CRM Retention/Gamification Manager to design and manage engagement strategies that drive loyalty and long-term value for players in the UAE region.

You will develop loyalty programs, orchestrate gamification features, and optimize campaigns across product, CRM, and marketing teams to maximize retention and monetization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in CRM/Retention/Gamification in online gambling.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Smartico.
• Understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and loyalty in B2C products.
• Experience with user segmentation and basic HTML knowledge.
• Experience with analytics and bonus mechanics (free spins, cashback, etc.).
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; Spanish is a plus.
