This full-time position in Dubai UAE involves maintaining and updating customer databases ensuring data accuracy and supporting sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background and experience in customer service or CRM roles with a strong focus on communication and organizational skills.Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer records and trading history in the CRM system.
  • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of customer data.
  • Handle client follow-ups quotations and post-sale support via the CRM platform.
  • Coordinate with the sales logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Track inquiries quotations and customer feedback for reporting and improvement.
  • Create and run targeted campaigns to support product promotions and announcements.
  • Analyze CRM data to generate insights and reports on customer behavior and sales performance.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Train team members on CRM usage and ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
