Job summary

Dubai Investment Real Estate Company (DIR) is seeking a CRM Manager Enablement to lead the optimization of the CRM for direct and digital sales channels in Dubai Investments Park. You will drive data-driven customer journeys, improve lead conversion and deliver actionable dashboards.

Collaborating with sales, marketing and digital teams, you will implement lead-management strategies, oversee campaigns, and report on CX and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in CRM management or digital sales enablement.
• Experience in lead management and tracking of sales performance.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
• Collaborates with sales, marketing and digital teams to optimize customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CRM system to support direct and digital sales.
• Oversee lead captures, distributing and tracking to improve conversion.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and digital teams to enhance customer journey.
• Monitor CRM data and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate reports and dashboards on leads, sales and campaigns.
