Job summary

Merck in Dubai is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and CRM Intern for a fixed-term period from January 2027 to July 2027. You will participate in CRM operations, analytics, dashboards, and issue resolution, while supporting event management and data governance activities.

• Trouble shoot Issues with CRM.
• Event Management, Database management and Analytics.
• Handling CRM processes like cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets.
