Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication skills required.
• Able to commit 20–40 hours per week.
• Graduating in Q3 2027 or later.
• Creative, independent, and proactive in researching new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support in creation of robust interactive stakeholder Engagement plan, building process maps, newsletters.
• Assist with presentations, newsletters, monthly reports, local webpage creation & updates.
• Monitor data capture accuracy on meetings technology tool.
• Coordinate with other functions on related areas (i.e. missing data, process gaps).
