Job summary

MSD in Dubai is offering a CRM Intern position for Jan 2027 through July 2027. You will join the Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team, assisting in CRM operations, troubleshooting, event management, database management and analytics, and processing CRM tickets.

The role requires English fluency, 30–40 hours per week, and expected graduation in 2027 or later. Tech/CS education is preferred; proficiency in MS Office and PowerBI is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
• Graduating in Q1 2027 or later.
• Education in Tech and Computer Science is preferable.
• MS Office, PowerBI, AI savvy.
• Good command of Excel; strong communication, teamwork and time management.
