Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in Dubai is offering an SFE/CRM Intern position for Jan 2027 to July 2027. The role supports the Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team, manages CRM operations, troubleshoots CRM issues, and engages in event management, database management, analytics, and ticket-driven CRM process improvements.

You will perform CRM analysis, build dashboards, and contribute to cycle planning while developing skills in Power BI, Excel, and MS Office in a hybrid UAE work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
• Graduating in Q1 2027 or later.
• Education in Tech/CS is preferable.
• MS Office, PowerBI, AI savvy.
• Good command of Excel and time management.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team.
• Managing CRM Operations.
• Trouble shoot Issues with CRM.
