Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai seeks a Customer Relations professional to manage the client journey from signing SPA to handover and post-handover operations, including defects liability, complaints and queries through the lifecycle.

The role covers developing project communication, coordinating handover packs, maintaining handover calendars and escalating issues to the Associate Manager- Customer Relations as needed. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with client to maintain ongoing relationship.
• Coordinate handover packs and calendar for each handover.
• Register and track complaints; ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in managing default/term. processes and mortgage transfers as needed.
