Job summary

Heriot-Watt University is seeking a CRM and Performance Reporting Officer in Dubai to deliver analytics across MRAC and the Global Admissions Hub. The role focuses on Power BI dashboards, CRM workflows and recruitment reporting to support informed decision-making.

You will work with the CRM & Performance Reporting Manager to enhance data quality, monitor cost of acquisition and improve governance across admissions reporting. Strong data skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
• DesirableMaster’s degree in related field or certifications in Power BI.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for recruitment, admissions, and conversion.
• Use DAX and Power Query to support accurate reporting and data modelling.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support CRM workflows, forecasting and governance reporting.
• Collaborate with MRAC teams to improve applicant engagement and conversion.
