Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, business analytics, information systems, mathematics, economics, social sciences, or education
• 2–4 years of professional experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation
• Strong communication skills with native-level English proficiency
• Understanding of higher-education data domains (admissions, enrollment, retention, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data and statistics to prepare institutional reports
• Administer surveys to support institutional research, planning, and evaluation
• Coordinate external data reporting and ensure data accuracy across academic and administrative offices
• Develop dashboards, analytical reports, and performance indicators
• Follow up on action plans developed from surveys to ensure completion
• Support regulatory, accreditation, and ranking reporting requirements
