Job summary

SAFEEN SURVEY AND SUBSEA SERVICES L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a Crewing Team Leader to coordinate daily crewing activities, deploy offshore crews, and supervise crewing staff across vessels and projects.

• Coordinate daily crewing activities to ensure smooth deployment.
• Manage crewing operations for vessels or projects.
• Oversee crew mobilization and demobilization schedules.
• Prepare crew rotation and manpower summaries.
• Supervise Crewing Officers and Assistants.
• Liaise with Operations, Logistics, Payroll, and PRO teams.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and client queries.
• Handle crew welfare and grievance matters.

The Crewing Team Leader

• Coordinate daily crewing activities to ensure smooth deployment, documentation compliance, and effective supervision of the crewing team.
• Manage crewing operations for assigned vessels or projects.
• Oversee crew mobilization and demobilization schedules.
• Verify validity of certifications, medicals, visas, and approvals.
• Act as point of contact for crew and vessel masters.
• Prepare crew rotation and manpower summaries.
• Supervise Crewing Officers and Assistants.
• Support recruitment and urgent crew replacements.
• Liaise with Operations, Logistics, Payroll, and PRO teams.
• Maintain accurate crewing records and databases.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and client queries.
• Handle crew welfare and grievance matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• 5–7 years of offshore crewing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
