Job summary
Tormac Marine is seeking an experienced Chief Officer for our offshore crew boat operations. Based offshore, you will lead the bridge team, ensure safety, and coordinate with DP-enabled vessel operations where applicable.
Candidates must hold STCW Chief Mate CoC, valid offshore medical, HUET/BOSIET, and demonstrate strong leadership and English proficiency. Rotation-based contract with a competitive offshore salary and on-board accommodations.

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer for our Crew Boat operations.
Location: Offshore
Vessel Type: Crew Boat
Employment Type: Contract / Rotation (based on project)
- Valid STCW certificates
- COC (Chief Mate / Second Mate)
- Minimum 12 months experience as Chief Officer on Crew Boats or similar offshore vessels
- Good knowledge of DP operations (if applicable)
- Valid Offshore Medical and HUET/BOSIET
- Strong leadership communication and safety awareness

- Valid STCW Certificates (BST, AFF, PSCRB, MFA, GMDSS)
- Minimum 2 3 years of offshore experience as Chief Officer
- Valid Seaman Book, Passport, and Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
- Good command of English
