The role covers crew planning, mobilization, visa processing, contract management, and ensuring ADNOC/ARAMCO accreditation readiness to support safe, efficient projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing crew planning and mobilization to assign seafarers per project needs while following regs and standards.
• Recruiting and onboarding maritime personnel by identifying suitable candidates, coordinating integration, and supporting their development.
• Managing crew administration and employment contracts, including payroll follow-up, leave management, and records, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Monitoring compliance and certifications by maintaining up-to-date mandatory certifications and maritime regulations for safe operations.
• Managing visa applications and immigration processes for crew members.

Within the Crewing Department, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing crew planning and mobilization by ensuring the optimal assignment of seafarers according to project requirements, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Recruiting and onboarding maritime personnel by identifying suitable candidates, coordinating their integration, and supporting their professional development to meet the company's operational and strategic needs.
• Managing crew administration and employment contracts, including payroll follow-up, leave management, and personnel records, while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Monitoring compliance and certifications by ensuring adherence to maritime regulations and maintaining up-to-date mandatory certifications, contributing to the safe and efficient execution of operations.
• Managing visa applications and immigration-related processes for crew members.
• Ensuring compliance with client accreditation requirements, including ADNOC and ARAMCO registration and approval processes.
