Dicetek LLC is seeking a strategic leader to own the credit card product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing management. You will align product strategy with market needs, regulatory requirements, and risk controls, while collaborating with technology, operations, and business teams.

The role involves refining policies, overseeing risk mitigation, and delivering features that enhance customer value and drive portfolio growth in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in credit cards within the banking sector, covering both business and technology aspects.
• Experience in a large-scale core banking or cards platform transformation or migration.
• UAE or GCC cards market experience preferred, including familiarity with AECB and local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the credit card product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing management.
• Develop and refine credit card policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex credit card inquiries, providing expert guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Design and implement innovative credit card features and benefits to drive customer value and portfolio growth.
