Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a hands-on Creative Specialist – Design in Dubai. You will translate brand direction into compelling concepts and visual storytelling across campaigns, social, digital, packaging and retail, personally designing, editing and animating the work.

You’ll shape visuals with art direction, create packaging concepts, and develop design systems that scale across markets, combining strong craft with generative AI tools. Arabic proficiency is required.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in multidisciplinary design, graphic or motion design.
Portfolio showing original ideas with strong design craft and video/editing.
Hands-on proficiency in design, image editing, video and motion tools, plus AI experience.
Ability to develop packaging, retail and VM concepts with mock-ups.
Confidence presenting ideas and delivering polished work independently.
Proficiency in Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

Build the idea: Develop original concepts and visuals with local relevance.
Shape the visual expression with art direction for photography and brand identity.
Design across touchpoints: graphics, packaging concepts, mock-ups and VM.
Make it move: edit short-form video and create motion graphics.
Expand possibilities with AI: use generative tools to polish design assets.
Set the standard for rollout: create assets and design systems for scale.
