Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a hands-on Creative Specialist – Experiences to transform brand stories into immersive spaces in Dubai. You will craft pop-ups, events, activations and retail experiences that translate brand strategy into local, engaging concepts.

Reporting to the Creative Manager, you’ll visualize spaces, create 3D renders, and collaborate with production teams, agencies and fabricators to bring ideas to life while leveraging AI to refine directions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential, spatial or 3D design, brand activations or related creative discipline.
• A portfolio showing original thinking, spatial storytelling and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency with professional 3D modeling, rendering and presentation tools, plus practical generative AI experience.
• Understanding of visitor flow, accessibility, materials and build feasibility.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with specialists on technical development, fabrication and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build the idea by developing distinctive experiential concepts rooted in brand identity and local opportunities.
• Design the journey to shape movement, touchpoints and interactions within a space.
• Make the vision tangible with spatial layouts, models and 3D renders, considering materials and lighting.
• Push possibilities with AI by exploring directions and refining ideas using design tools.
• Protect the creative through delivery and partner with production teams and fabricators to preserve the vision.
