Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a hands-on experiential creative who blends bold ideas with spatial design to connect beauty brands with consumers in Dubai.

Reporting to the Creative Manager, you’ll imagine pop-ups, activations and immersive retail experiences rooted in brand identity and local culture. You will design journeys, build tangible layouts and 3D renders, and work with production teams, agencies and fabricators to turn vision into reality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in experiential, spatial or 3D design.
• Portfolio demonstrating spatial storytelling and 3D visualization.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering tools.
• Experience with generative AI in creative workflows.
• Understanding of visitor flow, accessibility and build feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop distinctive experiential concepts rooted in brand identity.
• Shape how people move through and interact with a space.
• Create spatial layouts, models and immersive renders.
• Collaborate with production teams, agencies and fabricators.
• Present concepts and refine ideas using AI-assisted rendering.
