Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline.
• 12+ years in UX/UI, product design, digital creative, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience managing multi-brand design systems.
• Experience developing and scaling generative AI content production workflows.
• Experience delivering social-first content with measurable organic performance.
• Experience leading A/B or multivariate testing programs.
• Strong interaction design, accessibility, and digital experience principles.
• Proven ability to create digital content for English and Arabic audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Lab across product design, research, creative tech, generative AI, social content, and analytics.
• Develop scalable design systems for multiple brands and products.
• Establish AI-driven production processes for faster content creation.
• Oversee RTL and Arabic UI/UX requirements.
• Drive personalization across websites, apps, and digital channels.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversion.
• Maintain accessibility and brand safety across digital experiences.
