Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a senior leader to oversee the broader Generative AI team across MEA. The role focuses on developing new processes, guiding campaigns from concept to production, and driving innovative content using AI co-pilots.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, and establish scalable AI practices to deliver ground-breaking, data-informed campaigns across social, PR, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in an advertising agency.
• An experimental and innovative mindset with a keen interest in emerging technologies, such as Generative AI.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful and innovative campaigns.
• Expertise in evaluating and implementing creative content strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a creative team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire creativity and work well with different personality types, while juggling various projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to team members and work with the talent team on training plans.
• Foster expertise in Generative AI and manage planning with other teams collaborating on Generative AI projects.
• Ensure the success of content for campaigns and other forms content (social media, PR, internal comms, etc), shepherding them from conception to production.
• Pitch concepts to clients and leverage AI tools to showcase new processes and deliver unique outcomes.
• Oversee every stage of the creative process.
• Meet with clients and internal teams to understand their creative needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to establish new processes and integration plans for Generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop content using Generative AI tools, innovatively conveying clients' briefs.
• Drive a culture of trust with peers, clients and all stakeholders.
