Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi in Dubai seeks a senior AI leader to oversee the Generative AI team, guide content creation for campaigns, and partner with Talent and Creative teams on training plans and process development.

You will manage projects from conception to production, pitch concepts to clients, and establish new AI-driven workflows across ATL Advertising and digital content, while mentoring colleagues and driving innovative delivery.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in an advertising agency.
• Proven track record leading creative teams.
• Experience evaluating and implementing Generative AI
• Strong portfolio of campaigns and content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Generative AI framework for ATL Advertising and content.
• Guide AI-driven content from concept to production across campaigns.
• Pitch concepts to clients and collaborate with internal teams on AI-enabled workflows.
• Mentor team members in the adoption of Generative AI techniques.
