Job summary

M+C Saatchi Middle East is seeking a Freelance AI Designer in the UAE to craft AI-driven visuals for campaigns and pitches. You will work with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to translate ideas into compelling KV concepts using cutting-edge AI tools.

The role requires a strong design foundation, a curious mind for emerging AI technologies, and an ability to deliver presentation-ready assets with high creative standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand design and visual design within an agency or in-house team.
• Strong art direction and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with AI image-generation tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Excellent retouching and image manipulation skills (Photoshop).
• A portfolio showcasing AI-assisted campaign work and strong visual execution.
• Understanding production-ready asset prep and workflows.
• Curiosity and adaptability with emerging AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-generated visual concepts for campaigns and client presentations.
• Create high-quality Key Visuals (KVs) using AI tools.
• Upscale, retouch, expand, and refine imagery with AI-powered tools.
• Generate multiple creative routes to support concept development.
• Ensure visual consistency across campaign assets and brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and teams.
• Prepare AI-generated assets for production teams and vendors.
• Build and maintain AI prompt libraries and workflows.
• Research and implement new AI creative tools and best practices.
• Apply strong design fundamentals like composition, colour, typography, and visual storytelling.
