Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in an advertising agency.
• Experimental and innovative mindset with interest in emerging technologies, such as Generative AI.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful and innovative campaigns.
• Expertise in evaluating and implementing creative content strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a creative team effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire creativity and work well with different personality types.

Responsibilities

• Pitch concepts to clients, leveraging AI tools to showcase new processes and deliver unique outcomes that align with creative briefs.
• Initiate projects once client proposals are approved.
• Oversee every stage of the creative process.
• Meet with clients and internal teams to understand their creative needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to establish new processes and integration plans for Generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop content using Generative AI tools, innovatively conveying clients' briefs.
• Foster trust within the team and the company regarding new tools and processes, serving as a Generative AI leader and advocate.
• Solicit feedback from others to enhance self-awareness, capitalise on strengths and address areas for development.
