Job summary

The Fridge in Dubai is seeking a Creative Content & Social Media Executive to shape our social narrative for agency, venue, IPs, artists, and events. You’ll turn backstage moments and artist stories into compelling content, driving engagement across social channels.

With 4+ years in creative roles, you’ll own video production, storytelling, and graphic design, delivering sharp copy and fresh ideas while collaborating with photographers and creatives in fast-paced live environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a creative, agency, entertainment, events, music or cultural environment.
• A strong portfolio of social-first content and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social trends and formats.
• Confident shooting and editing short-form video independently.
• A strong creative and visual eye with graphic design capabilities.
• Strong English copywriting and communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Comfortable working with artists and in fast-paced live environments.
• Genuine interest in music, entertainment and culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content across The Fridge and its IP social channels.
• Develop social-first ideas and campaigns around our agency, venue, IPs, artists and events.
• Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, interviews, BTS and performance content.
• Find the story behind our projects and turn it into engaging, shareable content.
• Stay ahead of social trends and emerging formats, particularly across Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement.
• Create and adapt social graphics and digital assets.
• Update and maintain website content, imagery and event information.
• Work with photographers, videographers and other creatives on larger productions.
• Use content performance and insights to continuously improve.
