Job summary

Addmind is a leading hospitality group in the Middle East looking for a Creative Social Media Content Creator to manage the brand’s social presence and support PR, influencer relations, CRM and guest communications. This full-time role is based in the Dubai market and requires hands‑on content creation, event coverage and trend spotting.

You will develop content calendars, write captions, coordinate with designers and videographers, and drive engagement across key platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for hospitality, nightlife or lifestyle brands.
• Strong proficiency with Instagram and TikTok; short‑form content.
• Experience supporting PR, influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with campaigns and events.
• Create social-first concepts for events, DJs, F&B and venues.
• Brief designers, photographers, videographers on assets.
• Attend events to capture real-time content and coordinate captures.
• Create and edit mobile-first content including Stories, Reels and short videos.
• Manage announcements, reminders, countdowns and live coverage.
• Write captions and customer-facing copy in brand voice.
• Manage community engagement across comments and DMs.
• Identify trends and ensure brand‑appropriate execution.
