Job summary

Bodytree, Abu Dhabi's premium wellness studio, is seeking a Creative Content Producer to capture daily classes, edit reels and posts, and maintain a cohesive visual language across campaigns. You will collaborate with a freelance videographer and the Brand & Marketing Manager to ensure all assets reflect the Bodytree aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Daily capture of photo and video in two studios.
• Edit and publish reels, stories and grid posts; write captions in brand voice.
• Build and maintain Canva templates for social, email, and in-studio assets.
• Own the photo and video style with the manager and videographer.
• Produce promotion assets for events, collaborations and launches.
• Collect client testimonials and user content; monitor community signals.
• Support videographer on campaign shoots with props and locations.

About Bodytree

Established in Abu Dhabi in 2007, Bodytree is one of the city's longest-running premium wellness studios, with Reformer Pilates at its core alongside yoga, strength training and holistic wellness. Known for top-notch training, refined aesthetics and a strong community, Bodytree delivers a high-quality client experience across every digital and in-studio touchpoint. We are now entering a major expansion phase, with a second studio opening at The Galleria and more to come, and we are building the team to scale with us.

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Content Producer. Every day you are in one of our two studios capturing classes, instructors, clients and the spaces, and turning that into reels, stories, posts, captions and designed assets that look like us. You report to the Brand & Marketing Manager, work to shot lists and the brand guide, and work alongside a freelance videographer on campaign shoot days. Nothing goes out that you have not made or shaped.

Key responsibilities

• Daily capture. Shoot photo and video in both studios to weekly shot lists, with the front-of-house team as your extra pair of hands.

• Production. Edit and publish reels, stories and grid posts; write captions in the brand's voice; keep the posting cadence the calendar sets.

• Design. Build and maintain the template library in Canva: social, email, in-studio screens, event collateral, signage.

• Visual language. With the manager and the videographer, own the photo and video style, the shot lists and the asset library - how Bodytree looks, documented and reusable.

• Events, collaborations and in-studio assets. Produce the promotion and collateral for workshops, community events, launches and brand collaborations and the in-studio assets the client journey needs.

• Community signals. Collect Google reviews, client testimonials and user content; flag what the community responds to.

• Shoot days. Prepare, support and follow up the videographer's campaign shoots: props, talent, locations, raw files, selects.

What we are looking for

• Portfolio. 2 to 4 years producing content for a consumer or personal brand - fitness, wellness, hospitality, fashion or F&B - and a portfolio of reels and grids you shot, edited and captioned yourself.

• Craft. You shoot on phone and mirrorless, edit in CapCut or Premiere, grade in Lightroom and lay out in Canva. You know what a premium grid looks like and what breaks it.

• Pace. You can turn a class into a published reel the same day and keep a calendar without being chased.

• Presence. Early-morning classes, occasional weekends and launch days; movement between Al Manhal and The Galleria Mall (UAE driving licence preferred).

• Communication. Good English captions; Arabic a plus.

• Tools. AI tools in your daily work for captions, variations and edits; assets featuring our instructors and clients stay real, and every AI-assisted asset is approved before it goes live.
