Job summary

Virtua Advanced Solution is seeking a talented Creative Designer to craft professional internal announcements, campaigns, employee communications, presentations, profiles and digital content in both Arabic and English.

The ideal candidate will rewrite and enhance content beyond basic typesetting, manage the full creative process from concept to final design, and deliver polished material suitable for a corporate environment while maintaining strong visual appeal.

Qualifications

• Ability to create professional and engaging designs for internal announcements campaigns employee communications presentations profiles bios invitations posters and digital content
• Ability to develop rewrite and enhance content rather than simply placing provided text into a design
• Excellent command of both languages particularly strong Arabic writing wording proofreading and editing skills as well as professional English communication
• Ability to understand the purpose and target audience of a communication and propose creative concepts layouts messaging and approaches
• Strong hands-on experience with relevant creative and design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Canva and similar tools
• Ability to produce polished material suitable for a professional corporate environment while maintaining creativity and visual appeal
• Strong proofreading skills and ability to ensure consistency in language branding formatting and overall quality
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent. Need someone who can demonstrate both strong bilingual content/copywriting capabilities and hands-on creative design skills, rather than someone whose experience is limited to graphic design execution. Would also need a portfolio/work samples demonstrating Arabic and English communications, campaigns, announcements, or similar creative work.
