Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Demonstrated bilingual content/copywriting capabilities with hands-on design skills.
• Portfolio showing Arabic and English communications, campaigns or similar creative work.

Responsibilities

• Create professional designs for internal announcements, campaigns, employee communications, presentations, profiles, invitations, posters and digital content.
• Develop, rewrite and enhance content rather than just placing text in designs.
• Ensure strong Arabic writing and professional English communication; proofread and edit materials.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts and messaging aligned with audience and purpose.
• Utilize design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to produce high-quality materials.
• Maintain polished corporate communications with consistent branding and language.
• Oversee full creative process from requirement understanding to final delivery.
