Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi UAE. The role requires safe and accurate operation of cranes for various construction projects and adherence to safety procedures.

You will liaise with the project manager to ensure proper crane setup and efficient operation, with overtime as needed. Applicants must have proven crane operating experience in construction and a valid crane operator certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a crane operator in construction projects is required.
• A valid certification from an accredited crane operator program is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about safety procedures related to crane operation, including OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile or tower cranes to lift, move, or position loads according to instructions.
• Inspect crane equipment before use; perform routine maintenance; document inspections.
• Observe all safety regulations regarding crane operation.
• Follow supervisor or project manager instructions on site.
• Monitor load capacities during hoisting process.
• Coordinate with crew members during hoisting operations.
• Maintain records of crane operations.
• Perform other related duties when required.
