Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a crane operator in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of crane safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and maintenance manuals.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane safely according to procedures to protect personnel and equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store materials per written instructions.
• Set up cables, pulleys, and winches within load capacity specifications.
• Perform routine crane maintenance and replace defective parts as needed.
• Monitor crane performance via gauges and indicators to ensure safe operation.
• Record daily logs and service records as required by policy.
