Job summary

JobLeader is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our Abu-Dhabi team. You will operate cranes safely, inspect equipment, set up for tasks, and move loads across the site while maintaining records.

The ideal candidate has crane operating experience, a valid safety certification, strong communication, English fluency, and basic computer skills. This is an on-site role with medical insurance and leave allowances.

Qualifications

• Experience as crane operator with knowledge of large machinery and tools.
• Valid safety certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Basic computer operation knowledge (email, file storage).

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to company standards.
• Inspect crane before operations and maintain it.
• Set up cranes for specific tasks and secure loads.
• Move loads across the site and maintain logs on site.
• Use hand signals or radio when coordinating with other workers.
