Primary duties include beverage preparation, guest interactions, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and accurate cash handling with adherence to brand standards. Experience and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Barista experience or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepares coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other beverages in line with brand standards and recipes.
• Guest Service & Experience: Welcomes guests, takes orders efficiently, and provides knowledgeable recommendations.
• Bar & Equipment Maintenance: Maintains cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and utensils.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitors stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables.
• Cash Handling & POS Operations: Processes orders, handles payments accurately, and maintains a tidy work environment at the counter.
• Brand Standards & Consistency: Adheres to company SOPs, recipes, and service guidelines to maintain consistency across all beverages and guest interactions.
