Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage service, and basic barista equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Attend work as scheduled, including varied shifts and weekends.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
• Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of beverages.
• Provide friendly, professional service and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at bar and station.
• Monitor stock and report shortages or issues.
• Follow food safety and SOPs.
