Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
• Restock supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines when handling food items
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens to assist customers with dietary restrictions or preferences
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop
