The First Group Hospitality is seeking a personable Barista to join its Dubai-based beverage team. You will craft high-quality beverages, greet guests, and support smooth outlet operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years barista experience, strong English, and a professional presentation. You will contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue through excellent service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2+ years barista experience.
• Prepares high quality coffee.
• Maintains great customer service to all guests.
• Strong command of English; other languages a plus.
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Warm, lively and energetic customer-focused personality.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages in the outlet according to hotel standards.
• Provide quality beverages and products, following recipes and sanitation guidelines.
• Receive and process payments.
• Aim for total guest satisfaction and profitability through efficient use of resources.
• Set up outlet areas and complete mise en place before opening hours.
• Introduce trendsetting and innovative products; assist in up-selling and promotions.
• Maintain stock levels and prepare store requisitions.
• Provide prompt service and maintain courteous guest interactions.
• Ensure hygiene standards within the outlet and compliance with opening/closing checklists.
• Provide proper shift handovers to inform colleagues.
• Conduct weekly training sessions on coffee/tea and promos with the supervisor.
• Attend all F&B trainings related to menu items.
• Support other outlets when necessary.
