Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience with cocktail and coffee making.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology.
• Proficient with bar systems, POS, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Mixology certification preferred.
• Food safety/hygiene certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, coffee, soft drinks and spirits, with precision and creativity.
• Maintain knowledge of products, ingredients, and bar systems to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner and anticipating their needs.
• Organize and maintain the bar station with cleanliness, proper inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations during all service periods.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and responsibly.
• Stay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the bar program and guest experience.
• Work flexibly across varying shifts to support team goals and operational demands.
